Registration is now open for the annual conference of the
UK Eye Genetics Group on Monday 22nd June 2026 in Leicester

This year, the meeting will be chaired by Dr Mervyn Thomas and hosted at the Sir Bob Burgess Building, in Leicester.

The day will include thought provoking sessions on clinical and molecular eye genetics, genetic case discussions, short talks and posters by early careers researchers, and talks by charities. Confirmed speakers at present include Dr Gail Maconachie, Dr Zhanhan Tu, Dr Siyin Liu, Dr Callum Hunt, Professor Carlo Rivolta, Miss Maria Echevarria, Professor Julian Barwell, Mr Ramadan Younes, Dr Vanessa Rodwell, Dr Aniz Girach, Professor Pradeep Vasudevan, Professor Mariya Moosajee and Dr Cécile Méjécase.
